About the Role
As a Deal Maker at Atos, you’ll lead complex, high-value deals (€25M+) through all stages—from initial qualification to contract signing. Working within Atos’ Priority Deals Team (PDT), your focus will be on:
- Building deep client relationships
- Assessing business challenges
- Crafting a winning strategy for procurement processes (RFP, ITT)
- Negotiation and signing favourable contracts
This role requires ownership of deals across Atos’ governance structure, collaborative engagement with internal partners, and a client-centric stance.

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Drive revenue by expanding customer engagements (services, implementations, and solutions)
- Apply consultative sales techniques to align solutions with client needs
- Oversee entire deal lifecycle for opportunities valued $25M+, from qualification to contract signing
- Design a clear, differentiated win strategy for tenders and ITTs
- Lead bids and execute negotiations to achieve optimal profitability
- Manage reporting transparency and adherence to Atos governance (Rainbow) processes
Additional Responsibilities
- Guarantee a high deal win rate and ensure quality deal execution
- Delve into client business challenges and present customised Atos solutions
- Understand regulatory frameworks and competitive positioning
- Champion across the client organisation—from C-level leaders to operational teams
- Prepare win strategies, competitive analyses, and precise client analyses
- Implement executive-level relationships and engagement strategies
- Conduct quarterly deal-health reviews for continuous improvement
- Ensure CRM accuracy and up-to-date forecasting
- Cultivate a Post-Sales team to ensure client satisfaction
- Promote ESG values and ensure Atos leads in equality, diversity, and inclusion

Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have:
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives
- Proven success closing deals €10M–€25M+ in value
- Strong track record in large public, digital transformation, or strategic sales
- End-to-end deal-handling expertise
- Exposure to multinational clients and global delivery partnerships
- Competence in selling consultative strategies while shaping competitive win tactics
- Criteria्मcompetency in RFP/ITT process management
