About This Role
The Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust (ODBST) is an ambitious and aspirational family of 15 schools united by a clear focus on school improvement. Our mission is to empower our unique schools to excel, enabling our children and young people to "experience life in all its fullness."

The Role
The school is part of the Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust (ODBST), a multi-academy trust of church and community schools working in partnership. The Trust’s vision is for all to flourish, grow and thrive, underpinned by values of collaboration, inclusion, integrity, and aspiration.
About The Role
You will:
- Lead an effective governing body
- Support and challenge the Headteacher
- Ensure strong governance and accountability
- Champion the vision and values of the school and Trust
