We’re looking for a Chair to lead our Customer Panel for the London Region, who’ll shape priorities for the region and support the Board’s Customer Committee to consider residents’ perspectives.

Are you passionate about making sure customers influence the way that their services are run? Can you lead our customer panel who want to make a positive impact on customer experience in the London region, and champion the needs and priorities of their communities?
