Job Opportunity: Chanel Beauty Advisor at Sea
We are looking to recruit motivated and ambitious Chanel Beauty Advisor's to join the successful teams at sea.
Can you utilise your expert artistry skills whilst providing customers from across the globe a welcoming, authentic and personalised service?

What You Will Be Doing
- Living and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)
- Promotes a variety of Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance products to guests
- Performs full makeovers while encouraging guests to try Chanel, purchase the products and use techniques showed in the demonstration
- Provides advice to guests relating to Chanel product range; according to their needs in terms of skin type, needs and preferences
- Meets and exceeds Chanel monthly sales target objectives consistently through expert and proven consultative selling skills
- Understands promotional planner and event schedule to drive Chanel product sales and guest traffic
- Develops relationships with Chanel team and cruise partner staff to execute events and drive guest traffic to store and Chanel via events
- Assists with Chanel stock control and inventory management, including stocking shelves with merchandise, receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock, with an emphasis on asset protection
- Ensures that presentation of Chanel products is visually appealing and merchandised in a manner that maximizes sales, following brands guidelines
- Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
- Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of beauty and fragrance products through in-store events, live makeovers and seminars
- Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
- Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as seminars and presentations

Who You Are

- Strong retail background and knowledge of premium beauty products and fragrances (ideally Chanel or similar products)
- Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Proven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury items
- Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
- A strong team player who is goal orientated
What You Will Receive
