Workforce and Organisation (W&O)
This core Capgemini Invent unit places people at the heart of everything we do. We merge strategy, process, people, technology, and data, operating across all sectors to transform technology, organisations, and society.
W&O is divided into three capability teams, with Programme & Change Acceleration (P&CA) focal for this role. P&CA hosts Capgemini Invent’s transformational programme delivery and change management resources.
Your Role
As a Managing Consultant specialising in Change Management, you will:

Lead the execution of medium to complex client transformation initiatives across diverse industries (public & private sectors).

Oversee large client contracts, including:
- Budget management
- Resource allocation and profiling
- Billing structures

Support delivery strategies and new service offerings by combining existing assets with innovative insights, refining our Change Management approach.

Contribute strategically to advancing the 2025 Programme and Change Practice roadmap.

Design and develop internal training pathways, upskilling consultants in:
- Technology-enabled change
- Transition change methodologies
- Transformational leadership

Lead project teams, fostering growth by mentoring junior members.
Business Growth Opportunities
- Business Development: Proposals, RFPs, bids, pitch contributions, and client engagement events.
- Internal Innovation: Campaign development, whitepapers, think-tanks, practice enhancements, and events.
- Learning & Development: Training for personal and company skill development, including certifications.

Your Profile
Must-have skills & experience:

Proven success delivering multi-supplier transformation projects in public and private sectors.
-
Specialist expertise in:
- Strategic change management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Change programme delivery
-
Experience designing and facilitating training to escalate:
- Capability adoption
- Process implementation
- Effective change delivery
-
Current position within a top consulting firm or industry.
-
Commercial acumen essential for structuring deals benefiting clients and Capgemini.
-
Demonstrable ability to enhance change leadership with:
- Automation
- Advanced tooling
- Custom methodologies
-
Strong client relationship management.
-
Experience with hybrid delivery models, merging traditional change frameworks with Agile methodologies.
Desirable qualifications:

Qualifications in:
- PROSCI Change Practitioner or APMG Change.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or alternative agile certifications.
- MSP, MoP, or P3O.

Technical expertise in:
- SAP S/4HANA
- Salesforce
- Workday
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Microsoft Copilot

Capacity to thrive in matrixed organisations, championing consensus for consulting solutions.

Proposition development skills, steering seamless transitions from sales into delivery.

UK security clearance at Security Check (SC) level (Existing or eligible to obtain within 6 months).
