We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager β Change Management to join our growing Programme & Change Practice.
This is an opportunity to lead large-scale transformation programmes, help clients navigate complex organisational change, and play a key role in shaping the future of our Change Management offering.
What You'll Be Doing
- β Lead the planning and delivery of medium to large-scale business transformation programmes
- β Manage end-to-end client engagements including budgets, resources, commercial performance, billing and contracts
- β Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and leadership teams
- β Develop innovative change management approaches, delivery strategies and service offerings
- β Lead and mentor consulting teams, supporting capability development and growth
- β Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, training programmes and proposition development
- β Support business development activities including proposals, bids, RFPs and client presentations

We're Looking For
- β Proven experience leading complex transformation and change programmes across multiple industries
- β Strong expertise in strategic change management, stakeholder engagement and organisational change
- β Proven experience (current/recent) working directly in a big IT consultancy (Deloitte/IBM/Infosys/TCS/KPMG etc) is essential
- β Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and create value for clients
- β Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- β Experience working with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies

Security Clearance

Salary: Β£75,000 β Β£93,000 + 5% BONUS
