We’re now recruiting for a Senior Change Administrator within the Change Initiation Team. Your role will ensure the efficient execution of administrative processes while maintaining a comprehensive audit trail and fostering transparency across change initiatives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to support end-to-end value streams, deliver high-quality outputs, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Excellence – Accurately and efficiently manage all tasks within the change initiation process, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Leverage project management tools to administer workflows for change within value streams.
- Documentation & Compliance – Maintain meticulous records, ensuring all documentation reflects completeness and traceability for future review.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with Architecture, Design & Experience teams and value streams to uphold quality and consistency in processes.
- Relationship Management – Build strong operational partnerships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Process Improvement – Contribute to continuous refinement of the Change Initiation team's workflows, prioritising efficiency and reducing backlogs.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional who excels in high-pressure environments while delivering functional, seamless administrative support.
Essential Criteria
✅ Administrative experience – Proven track record in professional settings managing administrative workflows. ✅ Fast-paced adaptability – Ability to juggle priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy. ✅ Stakeholder engagement – Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. ✅ Analytical mindset – Playful confidence in identifying problems and proposing solutions. ✅ Organisational skills – Exceptional at multi-tasking and prioritising workloads. ✅ Technical proficiency – Essentials include:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- User experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Atlassian Jira (desirable).
