The Opportunity

As a key member of the Change and Adoption Team, you will work with stakeholders to create best in class communication, adoption and learning plans to support successful change deliveries by providing them with the crucial tools and support they need to excel. You will act as a consultant to ensure that all change adoption and communication aligns to the banks goals. You'll be responsible for implementing and embedding change into the business by making sure that changes are thoroughly understood, smoothly implemented and that the lasting benefits of change are achieved. With focus on the wider impacts of change on people and how they move from the current state to the new one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and cultural impacts associated with AI and automation initiatives, proactively addressing risks, opportunities, and adoption barriers.
  • Create and maintain a strong relationship with internal communications teams to successfully land the key change messages, ensuring change comms are aligned to internal comms guidelines and broader bank communications plans.
  • Develop and implement AI adoption and change management strategies that accelerate user engagement, capability building, and sustainable behavioural change.
  • Track and measure the results of adoption of change delivered, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Design and execute stakeholder engagement plans, building strong coalitions across the business to champion AI adoption and support transformation objectives.
  • Engagement with all areas of the business to form and maintain coalition for the delivery of successful change aligned to the banks Strategy. Utilising communities of practice and sharing best practices to create good consistency.
  • Deliver and support business implementation planning/tracking/reporting ensuring visibility of activities required in order to deliver successful change.
  • Lead business readiness activities, ensuring impacted teams are prepared for the introduction of AI-enabled tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Develop and oversee learning, training, and enablement programmes that build AI literacy, confidence, and proficiency across different user groups.
  • Close working relationship with all functions within the bank including business owners to support readiness for change being delivered into operational BAU processes.
  • Supporting business representatives through business change methodology and ensuring that impacts are understood, implementation plans are produced.
  • Consult and coach appropriately through the project lifecycle whilst also identifying training needs/gaps, update tools and processes where appropriate through feedback and regular evaluation of effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to engage, communicate with and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of behavioural change and adoption.
  • Exceptional at relationship building and maintenance.
  • Good understanding of the financial sector.
  • Proven track record in delivering effective change, with an emphasis on end user impact and stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Success in delivering change communications plans that drive culture and change.
  • Ability to analyse adoption data, user feedback, and business outcomes to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience developing executive communications, change narratives, and engagement campaigns that support technology adoption.
  • Understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Microsoft Co-pilot, intelligent automation, and their impact on ways of working.
