Change Analyst – Utilities

Rate: £375 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Reading (3 days per week onsite)

Leading Utilities Client now requires a Change Analyst to join a major transformation programme within the utilities sector.

The Change Analyst will play a key role in supporting business change, ensuring new processes, systems, and ways of working are successfully adopted across the organisation.

Working closely with project teams and business stakeholders, you'll assess change impacts, develop engagement plans, and support the delivery of organisational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct change impact assessments across business functions.
  • Develop and deliver change management and communication plans.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities.
  • Produce training materials and support user adoption.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and key business stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Change Analyst or Change Management Consultant.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting business change on transformation programmes.
  • Ability to conduct impact assessments and business readiness activities.
  • Utilities, water, or other regulated industry experience is desirable.
