Change Analyst
3 Month Contract
Warwick - Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Change Analyst to support the delivery of business change and readiness activities across multiple workstreams within a complex transformation programme. Working closely with Change Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders, the Change Analyst will help assess change impacts, identify stakeholder needs, support communications and training activities, and track organisational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Change Impact & Business Readiness
- Support the completion and maintenance of Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across impacted business areas.
- Analyse process, system, role, and organisational changes to identify stakeholder impacts.
- Document and maintain impact logs, assumptions, dependencies, and change risks.
- Support readiness assessments and readiness reporting across workstreams.
- Assist in identifying and escalating adoption and business readiness risks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Support stakeholder analysis and stakeholder mapping activities.
- Assist with developing and maintaining stakeholder engagement plans.
- Create and coordinate change communications and awareness materials.
- Manage communication schedules and distribution activities.
- Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback to inform change interventions.
Agile Delivery & Product Team Support
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Delivery Leads to embed change activities within Agile delivery cycles.
- Support sprint planning, release planning, and milestone activities from a change and business readiness perspective.
- Ensure change impacts and readiness requirements are identified early and captured within product backlogs and delivery plans.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, reviews, demos, and retrospectives where appropriate.
- Support continuous stakeholder feedback loops and adoption monitoring to inform iterative improvements.
- Coordinate readiness, communications, and training activities aligned to product increments and releases.
- Help ensure business readiness activities keep pace with evolving product designs and priorities.

Training & Capability Support
- Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities and learning requirement gathering.
- Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Assist in the development and review of learning materials and training collateral.
- Monitor training completion and learner feedback metrics.
- Support business readiness and learning reinforcement activities.
Adoption & Reporting
- Track change adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and change activities.
- Maintain change plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reporting.
- Produce regular programme reporting packs and dashboards.
- Support governance meetings and preparation of change-related materials.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across change activities.
Stakeholder & Delivery Support
- Work collaboratively with programme teams, SMEs, Product Teams, and business representatives.
- Support workshops, interviews, and impact assessment sessions.
- Coordinate actions and follow-ups arising from change activities.
- Ensure change deliverables remain aligned with programme timelines and milestones.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience supporting organisational change, business readiness, transformation, or change management initiatives.
- Experience conducting or supporting Change Impact Assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Experience supporting change initiatives within Agile, Product, or Digital Transformation programmes.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working, including Scrum, Kanban, or scaled Agile frameworks.
- Experience working alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Ability to adapt change activities and deliverables within iterative and fast-paced delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting communications, training, or engagement activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop support skills.
- Excellent written communication and reporting capability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously within a fast-paced programme environment.

Desirable Experience
- Experience in Utilities, Energy, or Infrastructure transformation programmes.
- Experience supporting Product Operating Model transformations or Agile organisational change initiatives.
- Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, or other change management methodologies.
- Experience supporting business readiness or operational readiness activities.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, or programme management tooling.
- Understanding of Agile delivery and Product Operating Models.
