Introduction
Join a leading Change & Transformation consultancy supporting organisations through complex, business-critical programmes. This contract role will focus on the people side of technology transformation, helping teams understand, adopt and embed new ways of working.
Role Overview
- Location: Swindon – 3 days per week onsite (travel expenses included)
- Package: Contract – Inside IR35
- Industry: Change & Transformation Consulting
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support change activity across technology-led transformation programmes, including Cyber, Service Desk and Infrastructure initiatives.
- Assess the impact of upcoming changes across people, teams, processes and ways of working.
- Identify affected stakeholder groups and understand their readiness for change.
- Develop practical change plans that support successful adoption and minimise disruption.
- Create and coordinate communications that keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout delivery.
- Support the development of training plans and materials to help teams confidently adopt new systems and processes.
- Work closely with programme, technology and business teams to ensure change activity remains aligned with delivery plans.
- Track adoption, engagement and change readiness, identifying areas requiring additional support.
- Facilitate stakeholder conversations and workshops to build understanding and gather feedback.
- Help embed sustainable changes rather than simply delivering new technology.

Main Skills Needed
- Previous experience working as a Change Analyst within complex transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and change readiness.
- Experience developing communications, engagement and training plans.
- Exposure to technology transformation, ideally across Cyber, Service Desk or Infrastructure programmes.
- Confident working with stakeholders across both technical and business teams.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to make complex change clear and accessible.
- Comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving consulting or transformation environment.
- Experience within the Energy or Utilities sector would be highly beneficial.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Swindon or Reading three days per week.
