We diagnose issues, design solutions, and deliver change – supporting our clients to achieve impactful change for their people, customers, and wider stakeholders.

We are looking for a Change Analyst to join our consultancy team, supporting transformation projects across housing, local government, and other socially focused sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work with purpose-led clients and colleagues to shape services that improve lives and communities.

About the role

As a Change Analyst, you’ll play an active role in the design, and delivery of transformation projects, primarily across the social housing and local government sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful change initiatives, helping organisations improve how they deliver services that matter.

Location: Homebased with travel to clients and offices

Job type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £34-39k depending on experience

Key responsibilities

  • Apply service design principles to improve how organisations deliver services
  • Use a range of research methods and data analysis techniques to generate clear, evidence-based insights tailored to each project
  • Lead key activities or smaller projects, delivering clear, high-quality reports and presentations. Collaborate with clients and support workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver high-quality work on time, support risk and issue management within projects, and proactively overcome challenges through initiative and independent working
  • Support business growth by contributing to proposals and product development, while mentoring and collaborating with peers to strengthen our consultancy offer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
