Change and Adoption Lead
About the Role
As the Change and Adoption Lead, you will take ownership of driving global digital transformation across our organisation. This is a vital role focusing on engaging stakeholders, managing change resistance, and ensuring successful adoption of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement
- Collaborate with the programme team to articulate the "case for change", including the "Why", "What", and "How".
- Engage with senior stakeholders to clearly convey the programme vision and end state.
- Utilise storytelling to manage engagement and deployments across timeframes.
- Develop a plan to engage regional leads and drive local transformations.
- Build and inspire a sponsor coalition and change network to champion adoption.
- Define a change and adoption approach for the digital transformation initiative.
- Proactively anticipate and manage resistance to change.
Adoption Responsibilities
- Define KPIs measuring success and establish benchmarks (lead and lag indicators).
- Report progress against metrics to the programme team and develop targeted action plans for areas needing additional support.
- Oversee and ensure the success of deployments by implementing action plans and mitigatory strategies.
User Experience Research
- Identify the need for user research and pinpoint key personas for engagement.
- Convert research results into actionable outputs such as training programs, communication strategies, or targeted engagement plans.

Marketing and Branding
- Visualise and innovate with fresh ways of introducing products using marketing and branding concepts.
- Develop bold, creative marketing campaigns with attention-grabbing material, colours, and concepts.
- Leverage social media channels to promote initiatives.
- Host in-person and hybrid sessions to excite and educate customers.
- Explore AI integration for cutting-edge marketing and branding strategies.
Training
- Lead the creation of diverse training content (e.g., self-paced, classroom, on-demand, gamified learning) to align with various behavioural learning preferences.
- Ensure the business is set up to effectively adopt the change through comprehensive training offerings.
Communications
- Design a multi-channel, flexible, and scalable communication approach.
- Define key messages, identify communication channels, and balance mass outreach with targeted impact.
Programme & People Leadership, Problem Solving
- Work closely with programme and leadership teams to align on timelines, sequencing, inclusions, and exclusions.
- Participate in regular stand-ups, deliver timely responses, and collaborate effectively.
- Identify and remove roadblocks, ask necessary questions, take ownership of problems, and escalate responsibly with viable solutions.
- Manage risks and issues via tracking mechanisms, engaging key team members as needed.
Experience
Required:
- Experience in managing change within a global digital transformation programme.
- Background in a banking or matrix organisation, with relevant experience in change projects.
- Proven skills in communication, storytelling, and influencing stakeholders.

- Ability to analyse ambiguity, solve problems, think critically, and communicate rationale.
- Strong independent decision-making, leadership for self and others.
