Role: Change and Communications AI consultant - Contract role
Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Senior Consultant
Day rate: £375-£450 outside IR35
Project duration: 3 months with likely extension
Location: Hybrid in London
We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide.
We're looking for a Change and Communications Consultant to support the AI and Innovation team in driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI across the organisation. The role will involve supporting the AI strategy and playbook, developing clear communications for a range of audiences, and helping senior stakeholders showcase the organisation’s AI and innovation activity.

Tasks
- Support the delivery of the AI and Innovation Strategy, AI Playbook, and related guidance, policies, and materials
- Lead AI awareness and engagement activity, producing blogs, briefings, presentations, articles, and leadership communications
- Work with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and communications colleagues to support alignment, adoption, and external engagement

Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Change and communications experience in a complex organisation, ideally within AI, digital, innovation, or transformation
- Able to create clear materials for senior leaders and varied audiences
- Strong with stakeholder management
Nice to have: Consulting experience
