Location: Remote

Salary: £32,000–£34,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and organised Change Coordinator to join their growing transformation team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, ideal for graduates, administrators, project support professionals, and career changers looking to build a career in business transformation, project coordination, and organisational change.

As a Change Coordinator, you will support business improvement initiatives by coordinating change activities, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout the change process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business change and transformation activities.
  • Support Project Managers and Change Managers with project administration.
  • Maintain change documentation, reports, and project records.
  • Schedule meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and action plans.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and management reports.
  • Update project management and change tracking systems.
  • Ensure documentation complies with company standards.
