Project Manager – Change Delivery

What You’ll Contribute

As a Project Manager in our global Change Delivery team, you’ll help align strategic initiatives with execution, working closely with the Board and executive management to drive critical projects that shape the future of our business.

Our International portfolio includes:

  • Product launches, expansions, and optimisation
  • New distribution channels and operational efficiencies
  • Acquisitions and the establishment of new teams

You’ll operate as part of a high-performing team, implementing business and technical solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership

    • Lead projects aligned with International strategic objectives
    • Deliver business benefits while staying within scope for time, cost, quality, and risk
  • Project Governance & Reporting

    • Monitor, report, and present progress from initiation to closure
    • Own benefits realisation—track and measure impact
    • Liaise with stakeholders, ensuring business ownership of outcomes
  • Planning & Risk Management

    • Analyse project requirements—assessing approach, resource needs, and constraints
    • Develop and update business cases throughout the lifecycle
    • Manage project risks, including planning contingencies and escalating exceptions
    • Oversee progress, resources, and budget, initiating corrections where needed

  • Team & Governance Support

    • Set and maintain governance structures, including change control and configuration management
    • Anticipate cross-project dependencies and their impact
    • Mobilise and inspire project teams to deliver high-performance outcomes
  • Transition Planning & Improvement

    • Conduct lessons learned sessions to refine processes
    • Partner with IT and other stakeholders to ensure technical compliance
    • Facilitate a smooth transition to "business as usual," ensuring benefits are sustained

Essential Requirements

  • Certification & Methodology: Prince 2 (or equivalent) highly beneficial
  • Technical Proficiency: Fluency in MS applications and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Project Management Experience:
    • Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes with project execution
    • Strong financial management and presentational skills
  • Change Management: Prior experience in business transformation, process improvements, or similar initiatives
  • Analytical Approach: Detail-oriented, with a structured problem-solving mindset
  • ** deseirable**: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and/or vendor/partnership negotiations
