Shape the Future of Client Services at HSBC Are you ready to lead large-scale transformation and drive digital change across global markets? Join us as the IWPB Client Services and Channels Programme Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client services and channels business. Role Purpose As the IWPB Client Services and Channels Programme Director, you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver complex, multi-year change programmes across Account Servicing, KYC Services, Cash, Cards, and Customer Communications. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, you’ll ensure alignment with IWPB’s goals, collaborating with global and market teams to deliver impactful, sustainable change. Key Responsibilities Lead Transformation: Drive the digital transformation agenda for Client Services and Channels, inspiring cross-functional teams across multiple locations. Programme Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of global and regional programmes, ensuring business outcomes and effective resource management. Strategic Alignment: Make informed trade-off decisions to balance immediate needs with long-term strategy in a dynamic environment. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior executives and delivery partners, building consensus and aligning priorities. Governance & Optimisation: Establish robust governance frameworks, track benefits, and optimise delivery costs by promoting re-use and removing blockers. People Leadership: Develop talent, foster an inclusive culture, and embed Agile and continuous improvement practices. To Be Successful You Will Need Proven Leadership: Experience leading large-scale, multi-market transformation programmes, ideally within IWPB or similar environments. Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop forward-looking plans, make decisive decisions, and communicate a compelling vision. Agile Expertise: Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience driving agile transformation. Stakeholder Management: Outstanding relationship-building and influencing skills, with a track record of working with senior executives and diverse teams. Change Champion: Experience with change frameworks, digital product development, and continuous improvement. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and presentation skills, comfortable with complex data and executive reporting.
