Change Implementation Manager

Change Implementation Manager – Operations Transformation

About the Role

Join the RAC as a Change Implementation Manager and lead the delivery of operational improvements that enhance daily operations. Based within our Operations Transformation team, your role will focus on translating plans into practical, measurable delivery.

This is a hands-on, action-focused position where you’ll own implementation, ensure smooth progress, and embed change effectively across the business.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced, problem-solving environments—someone who drives delivery rather than simply tracking progress.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, teams, and suppliers, providing clear structure while remaining pragmatic in execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of change initiatives, from planning through to full implementation
  • Transform strategic goals into clear, actionable delivery plans and priorities
  • Monitor and manage programmes, proactively addressing risks, issues, and dependencies to keep momentum
  • Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to ensure outcomes stay on track
  • Budget management, including forecasting and cost tracking
  • Train and prepare teams for change, ensuring seamless integration into daily operations
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams to drive progress
  • Provide transparent, simple updates on deliveries, risks, and outcomes to all stakeholders
  • Continuously improve change delivery methods across the Operations Transformation function

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
