Are you a change leader with experience driving adoption across complex ERP and operating model transformation? Do you bring the expertise to engage stakeholders, shape behaviour, and embed new ways of working at scale?
This is an opportunity to lead the change agenda for a high-profile Finance Transformation programme, supporting the rollout of a new ERP system alongside a Target Operating Model redesign. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the transformation is not just delivered, but successfully adopted, bringing people, processes, and systems together to create lasting impact.

What You’ll Bring To The Crown Estate
Experience leading change management across ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle or similar) Knowledge of Target Operating Model design and large-scale transformation programmes Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing at all levels Experience assessing change impacts across systems, processes, and roles Track record of designing and delivering training and capability-building initiatives Familiarity with recognised change frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR or similar) Understanding of finance processes and how transformation affects day-to-day operations
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and deliver a comprehensive change strategy aligned to programme objectives Identify and manage change impacts, ensuring mitigation plans support smooth adoption Design and deliver clear, engaging communications that bring the transformation to life Create consistent messaging around programme vision, benefits, and progress Lead the training approach, including role-based learning, e-learning, and user guidance Partner with functional leads to ensure teams are equipped for new systems and processes Act as a central point of contact for change activity, building strong stakeholder relationships Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and engagement forums to drive understanding and buy-in Track and report on readiness, adoption, and training metrics to support decision-making
