AgileSource Change Lead Opportunity
AgileSource are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive the people and business change activities across a major transformation programme. The successful candidate will be a highly credible change professional with a proven track record of developing change strategies, implementation roadmaps, and stakeholder engagement plans within complex environments.
This role requires a pragmatic, delivery-focused individual who can quickly assess organisational needs, establish a clear change approach, and drive adoption at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end change workstream across a complex transformation programme.
- Define and implement the overall change strategy, roadmap, and delivery approach.
- Create clear and actionable change plans aligned to programme milestones.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Provide challenge, direction, and change expertise to programme leadership.
- Drive engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities.
- Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance.
- Measure business readiness and change effectiveness.
- Ensure the change agenda remains outcome-focused and aligned to business objectives.

Essential Experience
- 8+ years' experience in Change Management or Transformation leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading change workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong experience developing change strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Demonstrable success influencing senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience working within complex Matrix organisations.
- Strong delivery focus with evidence of driving adoption and business outcomes.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
