As a Valuable 500 company and Disability Confident Employer, DPD UK is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people-side of transformation initiatives. This role ensures successful adoption and maximises the return on investment through employee engagement, minimising resistance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation & Change Strategy
- Develop and execute a robust change management strategy, including comprehensive communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management strategies.
Impact Analysis & Risk Mitigation
- Conduct detailed change impact analyses to identify challenges and risks, then develop tailored mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Management
- Identify, analyse, and manage key stakeholders, developing bespoke engagement and influencing tactics for each group.
Sponsorship & Execution Coaching
- Coach senior leaders, managers, and project teams to help them fulfil their change sponsorship and execution roles effectively.
Change Measurement & Evaluation
- Evaluate change readiness and measure success using KPIs, report findings, and manage corrective actions.

Training & Documentation Management
- Create and oversee high-quality training materials and user documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
Colleague Development & Mindset
- Champion and embed initiatives to develop critical thinking and change agility among colleagues, ensuring they thrive in transformation initiatives.
Transformation Agenda Championing
- Align change activities with strategic business goals, acting as a key advocate for the company’s transformation agenda.
Project Integration & Collaboration
- Work closely with project teams to integrate change management into project plans.
Resistance Management & Roadblock Removal
- Proactively identify and address roadblocks and sources of resistance to maintain momentum and drive change success.
Framework Maturity & Evolution
- Contribute to the continuous development and evolution of the organisation’s change management framework and methodology.
Health & Safety Reminders

- Immediate reporting: Inform your manager of any imminent dangers, faulty equipment, or unsafe practices affecting the business and colleagues.
- Follow company incident reporting procedures and assist in investigations should any accidents or defects occur.
- Protective Equipment: Maintain and store Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
- Monitor equipment/structures: Report any defects in equipment, plant, buildings, or infrastructure to prevent hazards.

Remuneration & Benefits
Core Package
- Base Salary: £80,000
- Flexible Perk: £11,000 car allowance or alternatively a company vehicle
- Bonus: 15% of salary, aligned with individual and company targets.
