Most change management is still being done the old way. Our client isn't interested in that. They're looking for a Change Lead who operates at the frontier β someone who doesn't just manage the human side of transformation, but actively uses cutting-edge technology to make change land faster, smarter, and more durably.
This is a principal-level permanent role for someone who has genuinely moved beyond best practice into next practice. You'll be embedded in complex client environments, leading the change element of next-generation digital transformation programmes β and using AI and emerging tech as real tools in your change toolkit, not buzzwords on a slide.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
