Position Objectives
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of strategic programs and business transformation initiatives.
- Develop and implement change strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement, communication, user readiness, and organizational adoption.
- Minimize resistance to change by fostering awareness, alignment, and sustained business engagement.
- Measure change effectiveness and benefits realization to support successful project outcomes.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organizational change management strategy aligned with program objectives and business priorities.
- Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments across business and operational functions.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement, communication, and user adoption plans.
- Identify key stakeholders, assess their influence and impact, and establish engagement strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead change readiness workshops, awareness campaigns, and communication initiatives to prepare business users for change.
- Coordinate with project managers, business leaders, HR, training teams, and technical teams to ensure effective change implementation.
- Monitor stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and change effectiveness using defined KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify organizational resistance and develop mitigation strategies to support successful adoption.
- Track benefits realization and adoption metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and governance updates on change management progress and organizational readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned and best practices into future change initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Project Management, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, PMO, or strategic program delivery.
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale digital transformation, technology, infrastructure, or government programs.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, organizational communications, business readiness, change impact assessment, and benefits realization.
- Experience applying structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or equivalent frameworks.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies including PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and collaboration platforms.
- Prosci Change Management Certification, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational adoption.
