Role Overview
dunnhumby is looking for a Change Management Lead to join the team on a permanent basis. This role sits within our Retail Consulting function and plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of Tesco UK’s transformational strategy—embedding large-scale change programmes across Price, Promotion, Personalisation, and Range to drive insight-led decision making.
This is a hybrid role based in our Hammersmith office.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and deliver change management roadmaps and plans across multiple business areas and transformation programmes
- Apply change management methodologies to guide stakeholders through the full change lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective adoption
- Assess business readiness and evaluate the scale and impact of change, implementing strategies to maximise adoption and minimise risk
- Build and maintain strong relationships across dunnhumby and Tesco teams, including Commercial, Capability, Product, and Technology stakeholders
- Understand end-user needs, objectives, and pain points to ensure change initiatives are relevant, practical, and adopted at scale
- Collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts to land change effectively, leveraging their expertise and networks
- Partner with Tesco Product, Commercial, and Capability teams to support delivery of the wider transformation vision
- Balance detailed workstream knowledge with programme-wide oversight, ensuring consistency while maintaining clarity across complex initiatives
- Lead and coordinate subject matter experts to deliver detailed outputs while simplifying messaging for different stakeholder audiences
- Champion structured, insight-led ways of working that support long-term behavioural change and measurable business impact

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong experience in change management within a consulting or retail environment, ideally in a data-driven context
- Proven track record of delivering change across complex, cross-functional programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure and clarity to complex challenges
- Agile mindset, with the ability to manage risk and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with dunnhumby tools, data, or methodologies is advantageous
