About the Client:
We are supporting a global leader in aviation technology and digital solutions that delivers mission-critical systems used by airlines, airports, aircraft, and governments worldwide.
As part of a major enterprise-wide Finance ERP Transformation Programme, the organisation is replacing Oracle E-Business Suite with Oracle Fusion Cloud, introducing a new global operating model, and transforming finance processes across more than 175 countries. This is a high-profile programme with a single global go-live, requiring exceptional organisational change leadership to ensure successful business adoption across multiple regions, business units, and stakeholder groups.
About the Role:
As the Change Management Lead, you will own the organisational change, communications, training, and business readiness workstream for the client organisation throughout the ERP transformation.
Working alongside Programme Leadership, Finance, HR, and the Systems Integrator, you will ensure the organisation is prepared to successfully adopt the new ERP platform and operating model at go-live. You will also act as the client-side owner for all Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities delivered by the Systems Integrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Governance:
- Own and deliver the programme-wide Change Management strategy aligned to programme milestones.
- Develop and maintain integrated change plans supporting design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Represent Change Management within programme governance forums.
- Report readiness, adoption metrics, risks, and progress to Programme Leadership and Steering Committees.
- Define business readiness criteria and readiness scorecards across regions and functional areas.

Change Impact & Business Transformation:
- Lead enterprise-wide change impact assessments covering:
- Business processes
- Organisation structure
- Roles & responsibilities
- Technology
- Locations
- Support Global Process Owners and business leaders in embedding the future operating model.
- Partner with HR on organisational design, role mapping, and consultation activities.
- Build and lead an international network of Change Champions.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and execute the global communications strategy.
- Produce executive communications, leadership updates, town halls, and programme messaging.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, and regional business teams.
- Identify resistance and develop targeted change interventions.
Training & Learning:
- Own the end-to-end business training strategy.
- Direct and quality assure Systems Integrator deliverables including:
- Training Needs Analysis
- Learning Curriculum
- Training Materials
- Delivery Plans
- Ensure all user groups are trained ahead of go-live.
- Support Super User and Hypercare readiness.
Business Readiness & Adoption:
- Lead organisational readiness assessments.
- Coordinate business readiness activities during cutover.
- Define and monitor adoption KPIs including:
- System utilisation
- Process compliance
- User engagement
- Service desk trends
- User sentiment
- Drive adoption improvements throughout Hypercare.

What we are looking for:
Required Experience:
- 10+ years' experience in Organisational Change Management.
- Proven experience leading change across large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other Tier-1 ERP platforms.
- Strong client-side Change Management leadership experience.
- Experience working with global Systems Integrators and managing OCM deliverables.
- Strong understanding of Finance Transformation and Shared Services operating models.
- Experience managing global stakeholder groups across multiple countries.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English.
Desirable:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.
- Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP, APMG, or equivalent Change certification.
- Experience using AI tools for communications, learning content, and change analytics.
- Additional European languages.
