Role: Communications Change Management Specialist - HR Transformation
Duration: 12 months Fixed Term Contract
Start date: Immediate start
Location: London, United Kingdom
We are looking for a Change & Communications Manager/Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale HR transformation program. This is a hands-on role sitting at the heart of the program, helping employees understand, prepare for, and adopt new ways of working introduced by the transformation. You will work closely with the Change & Communications Lead, HR workstream leads, and business stakeholders to plan and execute change and communications activities across multiple markets.
What you need to apply:
Essential
- Experience in a change management or communications role, ideally within an HR or People transformation program
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed program environment
Desirable
- Experience developing or executing comms plans
- Exposure to HR systems implementation (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter)
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions
- A relevant qualification in change management or communications

What you will be doing:
Change Management
- Support the development and execution of change management plans across program workstreams and geographies
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and maintain stakeholder engagement trackers
- Coordinate and support the Change Network (Change Ambassadors and Champions), including onboarding, toolkits, and regular touchpoints
- Track change readiness and adoption metrics, flagging risks and recommending mitigations
- Facilitate change impact assessments and ensure actions are followed up
Communications
- Draft, edit, and manage program communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, town halls, newsletters)
- Maintain the program communications calendar and ensure timely delivery of key messages
- Create clear, engaging content that translates complex program information into audience-appropriate messaging
- Support the design and production of presentations, toolkits, FAQs, and other enablement materials
- Manage the program intranet or SharePoint site, keeping content current and organised

Program Support
- Maintain program logs, trackers, and reporting templates
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture actions
- Support the planning and delivery of program events such as workshops, briefings, and training sessions
