A global insurance firm is looking to expand their team in London. Our client is currently looking for a passionate Business Change Analyst with previous experience in Lloyd's of London insurance to realize their vision on delivering change to multiple domains. This is about bringing unique ideas to the table, not working to a specification.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a program of change in support of the Risk and Analytics domain. As part of the Domain Leadership, you will provide strategic input to the domain objectives and be responsible for translating those objectives into a suite of achievable, tangible deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a change management and organizational design
- Proven experience within Process Improvement
- Proven experience working in technology design and delivery
- Strong experience in a dynamic business change with the ability to influence across both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ideally the candidate has to have a strong consulting background.
- Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary & Package
- £75,000 per year base + bonus and a variety of benefits
Location
- London with 4 days per week in office
