About the Role
As a Change Management Specialist, you’re a hands-on change and product expert who drives the successful adoption of ENSEK’s Ignition platform within customer organisations. This role combines deep Ignition platform knowledge with practical change management expertise to ensure customers realise maximum value from their Ignition investment through:
- Effective transformation delivery
- Operational optimisation
- Sustained behavioural change
Operating within a flexible engagement model, you’ll work embedded in agile teams at critical transformation stages and transition toward an advisory role as changes embed. The position focuses on achieving high adoption rates of Ignition capabilities while enhancing customer operational performance through data-driven change interventions.
Reporting to the Business Transformation Director, you’ll apply recognised change frameworks strategically, leverage operational data and KPIs, build customer capability, and ensure transformation outcomes are both measurable and long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Ignition-Led Change Delivery
- Design and deliver change strategies for Ignition implementations and transformations, ensuring frameworks align with customer context, scale, and complexity
- Embedded support for customer operations during critical phases (e.g., go-live, major releases, process changes) to drive adoption and new ways of working
- Apply authoritative change frameworks to Ignition transformations, balancing rigour with pragmatic delivery
- Lead change across multiple concurrent customer engagements, managing priorities and meeting timelines
- Contribute to pre-sales, discovery, and mobilisation phases by creating credible change approaches and Ignition-specialised transformation insights

Adoption & Performance Optimisation
- Maximise Ignition platform capability adoption via targeted stakeholder engagement, training programmes, and adoption campaigns
- Use operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to:
- Identify adoption barriers
- Measure change effectiveness
- Guide intervention priorities
- Optimise customer workflows, policies, and procedures using Ignition capabilities for:
- Reduced handling times
- Improved first-time resolution
- Decreased failure demand
- Execute policy/process changes while ensuring Ignition platform capabilities align with operational practice
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a trusted change advisor across:
- Operational teams
- Training leads
- Continuous improvement functions
- Engage with customer leadership teams and programme sponsors to:
- Shape change strategies
- Define success metrics
- Secure buy-in for initiatives
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement plans, including:
- Communications strategies
- Feedback mechanisms
- Resistance management approaches
- Represent ENSEK in customer forums, performance reviews, and governance meetings with adoption insights
- Collaborate across ENSEK functions (Sales, Services, Managed Services, Transformation) to ensure seamlessness
Capability Building & Knowledge Transfer
- Build customer self-sufficiency through:
- Coaching change agents/champions on Ignition adoption best practice
- Customised training programmes that maximise functional and operational value
- Stay current with Ignition platform developments and translate new features into adoption guidance
- Contribute to ENSEK’s change management and adoption playbooks, refining repeatable practices
- Share lessons learnt across the Transformation and Customer Excellence community
Governance & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on adoption metrics, using data to guide adjustments and decisions
- Contribute to governance forums with insights on risks, dependencies, and barriers
- Maintain transparency on progress, escalating systemic risks appropriately
- Align with compliance standards and established governance frameworks

- Experience in energy retail or similar sectors
- Hands-on application of change management frameworks in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts
- An eye for operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics as change drivers
- Effective stakeholder management at all levels (operational to executive)
- Strong communication skills, including:
- Facilitation
- Coaching
- Training delivery
- Balances best-practice models with pragmatic, context-driven delivery
