Change Manager / £70,000 - £80,000 / Leeds (Hybrid 3 Days a week) / Financial Services
We're partnering with a growing financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Change Manager to lead the delivery of strategic business change across a range of high-profile programmes.
The role:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of 3 major strategic change and transformation programmes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate activities across multiple business functions, including Operations, Compliance, Technology, Investments, and external partners.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of change.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate programme risks and dependencies.
- Track benefits realisation and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value to the business and its clients.

About you:
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Proven experience delivering complex change programmes within Financial Services.
- Working knowledge of FCA regulatory environment and consumer duty obligations.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A solid understanding of working within a regulated environment.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Desirable:
- Wealth Management or Investment Management experience.
- Experience delivering platform migration, platform rationalisation, or investment change programmes.
The role is offering between £70,000 - £80,000 per year, based in Leeds 3 days a week on site (2 WFH).
