Change Manager
Location: UK-Flexible (Hybrid) Salary Range: £39,496 – £42,257 per annum Hours: 35 per week Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term
Are you passionate about helping people feel confident, supported, and empowered through change? Do you thrive on shaping complex transformation journeys while engaging teams every step of the way?
As a Change Manager, you will shape how people navigate change across the organisation. You’ll work within a central change delivery team, supporting UK humanitarian services through coaching, advisory, and trauma-informed change practices.
About the Role
Working closely with leaders, project teams, and specialists, you’ll design and deliver people-centred change plans that help colleagues and volunteers adopt, sustain, and thrive with new ways of working. Your role will involve:
- Acting as a trusted partner, providing expert guidance, coaching, and strategic insights to support critical programmes.
- Contributing to building long-term change capability across the organisation, ensuring change remains inclusive, engaging, and effective.
- Play a key part in ensuring meaningful, positive transformation that empowers staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and project teams to develop clear, people-focused change strategies.
- Deliver engaging change activities that facilitate smooth transitions into new ways of working.
- Coach managers and colleagues to lead change with confidence and clarity.
- Monitor challenges and feedback, adjusting plans flexibly to keep initiatives on track.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to foster engagement and buy-in.
- Support organisation-wide initatives to strengthen change management practices.

Requirements
- A recognised change management qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong familiarity with modern change methods, tools, and people-centred approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling trust-building with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to achieve shared outcomes and support complex programmes.
- Commitment to a structured, people-focused approach in managing change from start to finish.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and work flexibly to support teams effectively.
