The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Computer literate and confident in learning new technologies
- Self-reliant with strong capability to learn and adapt to constant change
- Experienced using communication, editor and AI tools
- Experienced in change management methodologies
- Have past experience as a trainer or teacher, as well as delivering change management projects
- Comfortable with engaging in conversation and working within teams
- Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Hold a full UK driving licence

It Would Be Advantageous For Any Candidate To
- Experience training of software / SaaS based solutions
- Have a genuine passion for learning new technologies
- Previous experience using Google Workspace (Gmail & Drive)
- B2B classroom teaching experience
- Experience delivering remote training
- A Change Management certification
