Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable Change Manager to support Agile (Disciplined Agile) environments. You’ll apply recognised methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) pragmatically, ensuring successful adoption of technology-enabled change across varying client organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end change management activities aligned with Agile and Disciplined Agile lifecycles.
- Tailor change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) to fit client context, maturity, and culture.
- Conduct change impact assessments and training needs analysis, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Develop and execute change, communication, and engagement strategies to drive adoption and minimise resistance.
- Collaborate with IT, delivery, and business teams to embed change into business readiness and adoption cycles.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, diagnosing challenges and offering practical recommendations.
- Support sponsors and leaders in effectively guiding change and fostering organisational readiness.
- Establish engagement networks and feedback loops to measure effectiveness and iterate outcomes.
- Champion behavioural and cultural change, aligning activities to business strategy and long-term goals.
- Build client change management capability through upskilling and mentorship.

Requirements & Competencies
- Experience applying Prosci/ADKAR or similar change frameworks.
- Proficiency in change management tools, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and training needs analysis.
- Track record of delivering change in Disciplined Agile or IT-enabled programmes.
- Ability to own and execute change activities end-to-end, juggling multiple priorities.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills at all levels.
- Client-facing expertise, particularly in guiding and building new change capabilities.
- Strong ability to craft communication and engagement strategies plus support networks.
- Commercially aware, outcome-driven, and skilled at aligning change to business strategy.
- Adaptable, hands-on, and capable of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
