We are a global technology group, headquartered in London. We deploy experts and frontier technology, like AI, to help organisations thrive through change.
We have over 600 professionals (>75% hands-on technical talent) spread across Europe, North America and Asia, and are backed by Marlin Equity Partners.
We help customers to:
- Work smarter - Building modern, scalable infrastructure, apps and workflows that actually improve your bottom line.

We work with some of the world's biggest brands to solve their biggest problems. From highly regulated financial institutions to fast-moving tech unicorns and global retailers.
Different worlds, same standard: we ship tangible outcomes into production, fast. Then we work alongside customers to maintain and optimise them long term, upskilling their teams along the way.
How You'll Shape Our Success
As a Core Change Manager, you are the engine of our delivery practice. You will independently manage and execute structured change management workstreams on technology and digital transformation projects for our enterprise clients.
At this level, you are a commercial consultant, not just a task executor. You will apply established change methodologies to drive user adoption, conduct basic Training Needs Analyses to guide our internal Training team, and maintain a sharp commercial awareness of your projects to ensure we deliver within the agreed Statement of Work. You will proactively drive the adoption of core cloud technologies (like Google Workspace) while building your expertise in more complex and emerging technology.
Core Responsibilities
- Consultancy & Delivery: Independently lead assigned change workstreams and programmes from inception to completion. Utilise established change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to optimise user adoption and proactively minimise resistance on client engagements
- Training Integration: Collaborate with clients to conduct foundational Training Needs Analyses. Partner seamlessly with the internal Qodea Training team to ensure the scoped training is delivered effectively
- Commercial Awareness: Understand the commercial parameters of your projects. Maintain a working knowledge of the active Statement of Work and proactively flag potential out-of-scope requests or delivery risks to the Lead or Project Manager
- Technology Adoption: Proactively drive the adoption of standard SaaS/cloud technologies (e.g., core Google Workspace or GCP migrations) and actively develop a working understanding of emerging technologies
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct change impact assessments, build stakeholder maps, and develop/execute targeted communications and engagement plans
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and suggest improvements to internal Qodea change processes, templates, and documentation to increase practice efficiency

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
