Change Manager
SAP Change Manager (UK)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and delivery-focused SAP Change Manager to support a fast-paced SAP transformation programme. The ideal candidate will be capable of analysing large volumes of qualitative business information, identifying change impacts, and producing high-quality deliverables that support business readiness and user adoption. This role requires an individual who is proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business change management activities across SAP implementation and transformation projects.
- Analyse and interpret large volumes of qualitative information from fit-gap workshops, stakeholder discussions, and business process reviews.
- Identify, document, and assess business change impacts across multiple change dimensions, including:
- Processes
- People
- Policies
- Roles
- Organisational structures
- Support the definition of future-state business processes and evaluate how SAP templates impact each business entity.
- Develop and maintain:
- Change impact assessments
- Stakeholder analyses
- Business readiness plans
- Change management deliverables
- Create clear, concise, and high-quality outputs, including:
- Presentations
- Reports
- Communications
- Executive summaries
- Collaborate closely with:
- Business stakeholders
- SAP functional teams
- Project managers
- Business leads to ensure successful change adoption.
- Support:
- Communication planning
- Stakeholder engagement
- End-user training
- Business readiness activities
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Contribute proactively to continuous improvement of change management processes, templates, and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Change Management
- Preferable within SAP transformation or ERP implementation programmes.
- Strong understanding of business change management principles and organisational change.
- Proven ability to:
- Analyse complex qualitative information
- Translate findings into actionable insights
- Experience facilitating or supporting:
- Fit-gap workshops
- Documentation of business change impacts
- Strong skills in:
- Stakeholder management (across all organisational levels)
- Communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to:
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce professional deliverables in multiple formats.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and delivery-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Desirable familiarity with change management methodologies, such as:
- Prosci
- ADKAR
- Similar frameworks
