Change Manager – Full-Time
Location: Hackney Salary: £44,600–£48,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) Hours: 35 hours per week Contract: Full-time, permanent Start Date: ASAP Closing Date: 5th July 2026 Interview Date: 16th July 2026
The Role
As Change Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of structured change management across the organisation, ensuring strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, and digital projects are successfully adopted and embedded. You will support organisational performance improvement, optimise ways of working, and drive sustainable change for better outcomes.

Who You Are
You are an experienced Change Manager with:
- A track record of delivering complex organisational change
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and transformation programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial and analytical thinking with results-driven capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring resilience and organisation
