About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and decisive Change Manager to lead transformational initiatives across our EMEA region for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to:
- Drive organisational alignment and adopt strategic programmes.
- Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder influence, combining a visionary approach to change leadership with the ability to motivate teams through transitions.
In this position, you’ll ensure that major organisational shifts are implemented successfully, fostering such impactful adoption that better futures are not just imagined but achieved.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organisational objectives across EMEA.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, identifying key influencers and proactively managing resistance to change through collaborative dialogue.
- Design and deliver high-impact change communication plans and training sessions, ensuring consistent global messaging across multiple countries and business units.
- Conduct thorough change impact assessments and create detailed transition plans for complex initiatives.
- Coach and mentor project teams and business leaders on change management best practices, collaborating across HR, IT, and senior leadership roles.
- Monitor change adoption metrics, analyse programme effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on real-time feedback.
- Provide executive reporting on change programme progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements
Required
- Proven experience in change management roles within complex, multi-country environments.
- Expertise in change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) or similar frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influence skills, including managing resistance and building coalitions.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience addressing senior leadership.
- Proficiency in programme/project management principles.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing transition roadmaps.
- People management skills, including coaching and developing teams.
- Knowledge of the EMEA region or experience managing multi-country change initiatives.
- Organised, with the ability to manage complex, concurrent workstreams.

Desirable
- Formal certification in change management (e.g., APMG, Prosci).
- Track record of leading large-scale organisational transformations.
- Familiarity with change management software and modelling tools.
- Background in organisational development or HR.
- Experience across multiple sectors.
- Coaching/mentoring qualifications.
