Change Manager – Financial Services (Strategic Transformation)

We operate from offices in Spain and the United Kingdom, collaborating on international projects with financial institutions, fintechs and startups.

About The Role

We are seeking a Change Manager with 7–10 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, and organisational change to join a high-impact transformation programme in the Financial Services sector.

This is an initial 2–3 month full-time engagement, with strong potential for extension and a pathway to a permanent role with the client, subject to project progress and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business change initiatives across strategic transformation programmes.
  • Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Design and evolve Target Operating Models (TOM) and operating model frameworks.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely delivery against timelines, objectives, and milestones.
  • Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions with business and IT teams.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and IT, ensuring seamless implementation of changes.
  • Support transformation and continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years’ experience as a Change Manager, Business Change Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in:
    • Business Change
    • Process Improvement
    • Operating Model Design
    • Project Management
  • Demonstrated success in organisational transformation and operating model change programmes.
  • Preference given to candidates with Financial Services industry experience.
  • Strong IT systems knowledge, with the ability to transition business needs into technology-enabled changes.
  • Experience managing stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
