Change Manager – Strategic Transformation (Financial Services)
We're continuing to grow and are seeking a Change Manager to lead a strategic transformation initiative for an international client in the Financial Services sector.

About the Role
We are looking for a Change Manager with 7–10 years of experience in:
- Business Transformation
- Process Improvement
- Organisational Change
This is a full-time engagement spanning 2–3 months, with strong potential for extension and possible transition to a permanent position with the client—subject to project needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business change initiatives across strategic transformation programmes
- Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Design and evolve Target Operating Models (TOM) and operating model frameworks
- Manage projects to ensure delivery against timelines, objectives, and milestones
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including:
- Stakeholder engagement planning
- Facilitating workshops and collaboration sessions
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring seamless change implementation
- Support transformation and continuous improvement strategies for FinTech initiatives

Requirements
Essential
- 7–10 years’ experience as a Change Manager, Business Change Manager or similar role
- Proven expertise in:
- Business Change
- Process Improvement
- Operating Model Design
- Project Management
- Experience delivering organisational transformation programmes
- Financial Services sector background (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of IT systems and bridging between business requirements and technology-oriented change
- Limited experience with stakeholder management at multiple organizational levels

Location & Working Arrangement
- Base: London (Liverpool Street)
- Working: Hybrid (2–3 days in-office, remainder WFH)
