Microsoft 365 Change Manager
Our client is looking for a Microsoft 365 Change Manager to prepare employees for the adoption of Microsoft 365 as part of a major business integration.
You will define and deliver the change, communication and learning plan, working with the Head of Change, IT Operations Programme Director and business stakeholders.
This role is focused on building practical M365 capability before the two organisations come together.

- Assess current M365 knowledge, working practices and readiness across the organisation
- Define the change and adoption approach for the M365 rollout
- Build a clear plan covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption
- Translate the technical rollout into practical changes employees can understand and apply
- Engage business leaders, managers and employees to identify concerns, barriers and training needs
- Develop role-based learning materials for the M365 products included in the rollout
- Establish a network of change champions and provide them with the tools to support adoption
- Coordinate change activity with the wider acquisition and integration programme
- Track readiness, training completion, adoption and areas requiring further intervention
- Ensure employees are prepared to work effectively with colleagues from the acquired organisation
