Change Manager (Strategic Transformation – Financial Services)

About the Role

We are seeking a Change Manager with 7–10 years of experience in:

  • Business transformation
  • Process improvement
  • Organisational change

This initial 2–3 month full-time engagement involves high-impact transformation within the Financial Services industry, with potential for extension and a possible permanent transition into a client position (depending on project needs and performance).


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business change initiatives across strategic transformation programmes
  • Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying continuous improvement opportunities
  • Design and evolve Target Operating Models (TOM) and operating model frameworks
  • Manage projects, ensuring onschedule, objective-aligned, and milestone-driven delivery
  • Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with:
    • Business teams
    • Technology teams
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams for successful implementation
  • Support transformation and continuous improvement strategies

Determinant Requirements

  • 7–10 years' experience in roles such as:
    • Change Manager
    • Business Change Manager
    • Similar positions
  • Proven expertise in:
    • Business Change
    • Process Improvement
    • Operating Model Design
    • Project Management
  • Experience delivering organisational transformation projects
  • Strong experience preferred, but highly desirable, within the Financial Services sector
  • Deep understanding of IT systems and ability to:
    • Translate business needs into technology-enabled change
  • Robust experience managing stakeholders at all organisational levels
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Location & Working Arrangement

Base: London (Liverpool Street) Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in office, remainder remote
