This is an 18-month fixed-term opportunity.
The Role
You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of the S4/o9 project across MEU for your function. This leadership role works directly with senior-level leaders across functions and in the Business Units (BUs) to drive the S4/o9 transformation.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Act as a change partner for the function, accountable for change management and communications, managing stakeholder engagement to build awareness, understanding, and adoption of the S4/o9 implementation.
- Collaborate with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation, ensuring alignment between functional needs and the MEU S4/o9 program.
- Set change strategies and create comprehensive plans aligned with global S4/o9 goals and broader organizational objectives.
- Identify and assess change impacts on the organization, capturing Change Impact Assessments (CIA) broken down by role.
- Own the end-to-end functional training journey, including:
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Curriculum and material development
- Localization
- Train-the-trainer delivery
- Build change capability by supporting BU Change Teams, Workstream Leads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Key Users through active coaching, partnership, and functional content expertise.
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies by defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and adoption.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bring the following to drive this opportunity:
- A passion for change and big-picture thinking, balanced with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach—balancing strategic insight with hands-on execution.
- Experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment, specifically in complex MEU/Global projects with cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of best practices in change management principles and experience managing large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Training and instructional design experience, including managing the delivery of comprehensive training programs.
- Relevant functional qualification and/or experience (corporate-level).
- Change Management Accreditation (a significant advantage).
Key Job Requirements & Experience
- 5+ years of functional knowledge (minimum) in at least one of the following areas:
- Demand Planning
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Prior experience in cross-functional collaboration or 5+ years in Change Management (alternative requirements).
- Strong, well-connected network across the business.
Additional Tidbits
Reporting & Project Context
- Reports directly to the o9 MEU Change Lead.
- The S4/o9 project is a multi-year, global program driving transformation via SAP S/4HANA and o9 Planning Transformation.
- Change Managers sit within the MEU S4/o9 Change Management structure, working closely with functional project teams.
- Position requires fast-paced performance, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in environments with shifting priorities and occasional ambiguity.
