What To Expect

The Change Manager is responsible for providing central coordination and oversight of change activity across TOM-related initiatives. They will ensure that change is sequenced, aligned and delivered at a pace the organisation can absorb. The role acts as the TOM Programme’s “air traffic control” for change, ensuring a coherent narrative as the new operating model is implemented. By orchestrating the overall change landscape across the TOM programme, the role minimises disruption and supports successful adoption of the new operating model.

This is a pivotal role within our transformation, requiring an individual who can translate complex operating model changes into clear, compelling narratives, influence stakeholders at all levels through periods of change, and build alignment across multiple business areas. Working closely with senior leaders and programme teams, they will provide confident guidance, challenge and support to help drive successful implementation of the Target Operating Model. The role is also responsible for maintaining and protecting the integrity of the Target Operating Model, ensuring all design decisions align to agreed principles and end-state outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
