Change Manager

Role Purpose
The Change Manager's primary purpose is to design and implement change across the group to achieve AFH’s vision and strategic goals. As a key member of our business change team, you will work collaboratively across clients, advisers and colleagues to deliver our strategic change initiatives.
Responsibilities
As our Change Manager, you will:
- Work across and build strong relationships with business stakeholders to shape and deliver a variety of change initiatives
- Work with our digital transformation team to enable client, adviser, and enterprise adoption
- Work with partner solution providers to ensure relevant change management and testing activities are included in their project plans for changes to the services they provide AFH
- Identify, segment and analyse critical stakeholders and groups to build an effective stakeholder engagement strategy and plan, including an approach for potential stakeholder resistance
- Inform and support communications through developing the vision and case for change, ensuring alignment with the project business case
- Establish and coordinate client and adviser feedback groups to validate change efficacy of design and stakeholder impacts. Ensure client and advisers impact analysis and assessment of change readiness is undertaken for allocated change initiatives
- Align changes to ways of working resulting from the project across different business areas and audience groups as required
- Identify and analyse business change risks and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Manage benefits realisation through defining and measuring change metrics and monitoring progress, including readiness for go-live, lessons learnt post-go-live and completing a benefits realisation report at the project closure
- Ensure projects have an effective transition into Business As Usual

Qualifications
What we are looking for in our ideal Change Manager:
- Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology. Experience of implementing design thinking process for creative problem solving will be key
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- A self-starter who is able to use their own initiative
- Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
- Ability to influence others and achieve common goals
- Great organisational, project, and time management skills
- Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics. Knowledge of models and forecasting.
