Change Manager

We're looking for a Change Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, based in either Bradford. This is a hybrid role, with a blend of office and home working.

We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of major technology transformation programmes, including the implementation of AI-powered tools and platforms. You'll lead the people side of change, shaping and delivering strategies that drive adoption, build capability, and ensure new technologies deliver lasting business value.

This is a high-profile opportunity for someone who understands that transformation is about more than technology alone. Working across both business and technical teams, you'll help navigate complexity, engage stakeholders at every level, and create structured change plans that enable colleagues to embrace new ways of working with confidence.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and lead end-to-end change management strategies for complex technology transformation programmes, ensuring successful adoption and long-term business value.
  • Drive the people side of AI and digital transformation initiatives, helping teams confidently embrace new tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Assess change impacts, organisational readiness, stakeholder requirements, and potential risks to create targeted change interventions.
  • Create and deliver engaging communication, training, and engagement plans that build awareness, capability, and adoption across the business.
  • Work closely with project, product, and technology teams to integrate change activities into programme plans and key delivery milestones.
  • Monitor adoption, engagement, and benefits realisation, using data and insights to measure success and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and address resistance to change, coaching leaders and managers to become effective advocates and sponsors.
  • Strengthen organisational change capability by developing frameworks, best practices, and resources that support future transformation initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
