Our client, Tier 1 banking institution, is currently searching for a Change PM / BA to join their team in London. Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting change management activities as a result of changes to the controls and regulatory environment impacting the Global Macro Business.
One of the key requirements will be to support the ISDA FX Definition update.
Responsibilities:
- Independently lead change delivery with through successful engagement and collaboration with stakeholders in Front Office, Operations, Legal and Compliance creating alignment across regions and valuing different perspectives to reach robust decisions.
- Work with business partners to clarify requirements, identify problems and opportunities and propose solutions.
- Chair and facilitate meetings and workshops with global/senior stakeholders to share regulatory requirements, agree solutions, ratify design, articulate challenges and drive consensus using solid presentation skills.
- Strong ability to refine and distill requirements that can be consumed and implemented by various teams.
- Manage the wider team’s project deliverables with clear milestones, tracking risks, escalations, dependencies and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Sustainably embed change initiatives in BAU through delivery activities and post go live support ensuring clear ownership and handover.

Experience Required:
- Experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with knowledge of regulatory environment.
- Evidence of a successful track record of managing and delivering global change within Markets/Investment Banks.
- Good overall understanding of Markets trading products and front to back trade lifecycle flows.
- Solid skills running business workshops, presentations and ability to work with stakeholders globally and across different functions.
- Strong experience working with Front Office or Operations/Post-Trade systems.
- Demonstrable capabilities in documenting Operating Model, Business Requirements and Process flows.
- Structured and methodical in planning their own book of work, delivery of artefacts, managing multiple competing priorities and setting expectations with stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex regulatory change into clear actions.
- Drive and resilience as must be comfortable working in rapidly changing and ambiguous situations.
- Hands on ability to perform data analysis to drive business insights and decision making.
- Proactive and willing to use own initiative to resolve issues.
