Change Programme Manager / Organisational Development Lead (2-Year FTC)
Salary: £57,402 to £61,653
Location: London / Greater London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term Contract
Are you an experienced change, transformation or organisational development professional looking for an opportunity to shape and deliver a major organisational change programme?
We're supporting a high profile public sector organisation on the appointment of a Change Programme Manager / Organisational Development Lead to help drive a significant transformation agenda focused on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, culture change and service improvement.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created role offering significant autonomy and influence. You'll work closely with senior leaders to develop and deliver the organisation's change approach, helping embed new ways of working, strengthen leadership capability and support lasting cultural change.

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience leading large scale organisational change programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Leadership development and culture transformation expertise
- Workshop design and facilitation experience
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining highly visible across the organisation
- A track record of turning strategy into delivery and delivering measurable outcomes

Local Government experience would be advantageous, although candidates from other complex, multistakeholder environments will also be considered.
