An exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling, well-funded technology company that is transforming the way businesses buy and run their internet infrastructure. Our client combines hardware, software and operations into a single, vertically integrated platform — removing the friction, misaligned incentives and inefficiency that have held the industry back for decades. Backed by some of the world’s leading investors with over $150M in VC funding raised to date, and a team of around 200 operators, they are building for the long term and are only just getting started.

As part of their continued growth, they are now hiring a Partner Account Manager to own the success and performance of their UK installation partner network — the engine that ensures world-class network installations are delivered consistently and at scale.

The Role

As Partner Account Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of the relationships with the company’s field installation partners across the UK. Sitting at the centre of the deployment network, you will build deep, trusted partnerships, hold a high bar for operational performance, and turn what you learn in the field into product and process improvements. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on relationship-building while holding partners accountable, and who is energised by messy, physical-world problems.

  • Own partner relationships end-to-end — becoming the first call partners make, maintaining a regular cadence, and ensuring they feel supported and motivated
  • Drive partner performance management — reviewing KPIs such as on-time arrival, documentation quality, installation standards and rework rates, and leading informed accountability conversations
  • Manage commercial negotiations — crew expansions, pricing discussions and contract ownership across partner programmes
  • Build and launch programmes that strengthen the partner ecosystem — scorecards, incentive schemes, onboarding systems and feedback loops
  • Translate field insights from technicians and partners into actionable improvements across engineering, product, dispatch and service delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong performance-management skills — tracking KPIs, running reviews and driving accountability with external parties
  • Confident holding partners accountable while maintaining trust and rapport with senior field operators
  • Based in London (or willing to relocate) and happy to travel 30–40% for field visits
