What you'll be doing:
As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving incremental revenue growth through the development and management of strategic channel partnerships. Working across a portfolio of cloud, datacentre, data protection, managed and professional services, you will be responsible for building strong partner relationships, enabling partner sales teams, and driving opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
As the primary point of contact for your partner accounts, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop joint business plans, deliver partner enablement initiatives, and create sustainable revenue growth through both recurring and project-based opportunities.
Key responsibilities will also include:
- Building and developing strategic channel partnerships, creating and executing joint business plans that drive revenue growth and new business opportunities.
- Enabling and supporting partners through training, joint customer engagements, marketing initiatives, and regular business reviews to maximise performance and pipeline generation.
- Developing and managing a strong pipeline of recurring and non-recurring revenue opportunities, ensuring accurate qualification, forecasting, and opportunity management.
- Collaborating with internal sales, presales, and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions, proposals, tenders, and successful sales outcomes.
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, accurate CRM records, and clear performance reporting, while contributing to the ongoing enhancement of partner programmes and sales effectiveness.

We want to hear from you if you:
- Are able to demonstrate a proven track record of developing existing accounts and winning new business in an IT channel / partner management role.
- Have experience selling IT professional services and managed services in the capacity of either Field Sales, Business Development Manager, or Account Manager.
- Are commercially aware and have experience in running outcome-based solution-led IT sales cycles to meet and exceed targets.
- Have experience of selling to mid-market, enterprise, and public sector organisations.
- Are well presented with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead negotiations in a partner and customer-facing environment.
- Are a confident communicator and presenter with the ability to hold an audience and communicate value propositions.
