About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Channel Account Manager to join a global technology company specialising in infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans with key channel partners
- Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen long-term commercial relationships
- Work with distributors, system integrators, installers, and value-added resellers to:
- Identify new business opportunities
- Expand product adoption
- Deliver joint business plans for sustainable growth
- Combine strategic account management, commercial planning, and technical credibility
- Engage in regular business reviews, forecasting, and collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to maximise partner performance

Location
Hybrid field-based role with regular customer travel. Candidates should be within a commutable distance to support partner engagement across their assigned territory.
Required Experience
- Minimum of five years’ account management or channel account management experience
- Experience working with channel partners, preferably in distribution or systems integration
- Proven ability to:
- Develop strategic partner relationships
- Deliver commercial growth
- Strong understanding of:
- Channel sales
- Forecasting
- Key commercial performance metrics
- Must be:
- Confident presenting and influencing senior stakeholders
- Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A degree is preferred, but not essential where relevant commercial experience can be demonstrated.

The Package
- £60,000–£70,000 basic salary
- 40% quarterly Sales Incentive Programme
- Car allowance
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
