Partner Account Manager About Heartstream Heartstream builds on a 40+ year legacy of innovation in emergency medical technology. Our mission is to save lives, reduce healthcare costs, and advance the science of resuscitation. We serve public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital markets through leading brands including HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 defibrillators, Tempus systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. Your Impact As a Partner Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with indirect channel partners while ensuring customers receive the right Heartstream solutions to meet their clinical and operational needs. You will: Build strong, trusted relationships with channel partners, driving order intake, revenue growth, price realisation, and customer satisfaction Lead strategic account planning and support partners in achieving sales targets and forecasts Collaborate with partners to analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, and define winning go-to-market strategies Identify, select, and onboard new partners in collaboration with internal stakeholders Manage all partner lifecycle and contract processes, including onboarding, reviews, and renewals Resolve commercial and operational issues between Heartstream and partners Strengthen and expand existing partnerships through regular engagement and joint planning Conduct joint customer visits with partners (significant travel required) Solution & Customer Engagement In addition to your commercial responsibilities, you will bring a strong solution mindset to customer engagements: Support partners and customers in understanding requirements and translating them into practical, scalable solutions Contribute to the positioning of integrated healthcare and informatics solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and budgets Work with internal teams to shape end-to-end solution proposals, combining devices, software, and connectivity Participate in pre-sales activities, providing input into solution design, customer discussions, and opportunity qualification Guide partners and customers through solution validation, testing, and implementation, ensuring outcomes meet expectations Support customer enablement and training, helping drive successful adoption of solutions Act as a voice of the customer, sharing insights with Product Management to inform product and solution development Market & Technical Awareness Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and procurement processes Stay informed on healthcare IT trends, including interoperability, data integration, and connected solutions Apply knowledge of integration, connectivity, and data-driven solutions when supporting partner and customer discussions Ensure solutions align with relevant regulatory, compliance, and data security requirements Scope & Location Remote-based role (home office) Location: Poland or United Kingdom Coverage: Predominately to Central and Eastern Europe, United Kingdom, France and Italy. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in channel/partner sales, with strong commercial and strategic thinking skills Experience in medical devices or healthcare, with understanding of local systems and procurement Ability to engage in solution-based discussions, with an understanding of healthcare IT, integration, or connected solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to identify opportunities and improve performance A collaborative approach and passion for improving patient outcomes Why Join Us This role offers the opportunity to combine commercial impact with meaningful solution engagement, helping expand access to life-saving technologies and improving patient outcomes around the world.
